Horrible place. Looking for furniture, look somewhere else. Ordered furniture October 14, 2019. Advised would be about 30 days to deliver. On the 17th I began calling them. Finally got someone after several messages were left and assurance someone would call me on the 19. The person stated my sales person would call me right back. On that call back was advised somehow my furniture was never ordered. Yes, I was upset. Was told basically things happen and they would reimburse my delivery fee. Was told they would place the order and would try to rush it. I did agree to this. Started calling again after three weeks, took forever to get someone again. This time to be told I wouldn't get my stuff till after the New Year, because they go on vacation the 22nd and don't return till after the New Year. They are so pleasant when your shopping and so attentive and outstanding customer service. Once they have your money, it's a different game. You can't post a review on their site unless they approve it. BUYER BEWARE!!!HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Very good during the sales process but good luck getting any warranty service on your hot tub. Been calling for 3 months and I get the same answer. “ it’s Eddies busy time “ very disappointed. I call once a week and I’m promised I will be contacted soon. Never happens .

THE GOOD: the cabinets look very nice in our home, our GC installed them well, and once we finally beat it into the salesperson's head that our budget was our budget (12k) we got a nice design. THE BAD: communication was an absolute nightmare. we werent informed that in order to finalize the sale, WE would be paying with our debit card. which is TOTALLY fine, but that was left unsaid until we were ready to sign paperwork, and i dont know about you, but i dont just keep 16k in my checking account, When we transferred money and reviewed all paperwork and decided to put it on a miles plus card (yea points!) , we attempted to call Iris (the salesperson) and she was "off" (which is crazy to me. youre MIA when youre probably working on commission and someone is reaching out to give you $12k?) but we were given a number to their eastside location to process payment. Through no fault of their own, that location had NO idea what we were talking about, and could not help us. The payment fiasco took an entire week. OK COOL. Cabinets ordered, 4 week turnaround. EIGHT. WEEKS. LATER. our cabinets show up, and are missing handles, kickplates, and trim, but we DO have an inexplicable extra door, so i guess thats a bonus? Customer service and communication were once again pretty horrendous. Overall professionalism was what you would expect from a panera bread, not a place where you walk in and cut a check for half of an entry level position salary. No thank you, no follow up, no callback, only a ridiculous prompt to make sure we "Mention Iris by name" and "Rate them 5 stars", Sorry to say, I am only able to to half of that. THE UGLY: apparently through this process, neither our GC, nor the salesperson who drew up the diagram with CAD, actually measured, or asked for the measurements of our fridge. SO cabinets went in, connections were made, and my fridge sticks 8" out into my kitchen, when we had ALL AGREED and DECIDED that the fridge would look "built in". Not to mention, the crafstmanship on some of the cabinet doors led to them not lining up (not really their problem, they just sell them, so its hard for me to ding them for that) SYNOPSIS: IF you were buying stuff for a rental property, this place would do just fine. I won't make the mistake of coming here for anything in the future, I'd avoid if at all possible.

The salesperson we had was unfamiliar with the CAD program used for design. I paid $250 for the design and I assume that that sum would have been absorbed had we actually purchased the cabinets. The sales person came to our house twice for measurements and upon our last visit, it became apparent to us that he could not remember what he saw or did on the last visit. Terrible experience and we just decided to eat the $250 and move on. Home Depot did a much more professional job around design and we had a wider choice of cabinets for reasonable prices. I will never go back to this place.

The delivery was on time, the granite was done perfectly, and the kitchen designer, Iris, was brand new and she was very thorough and great. There were no mistakes made and everything turned out spectacular and beautiful.

We recently purchased furniture for our office and a bedroom. The price was great and the delivery service was timley and good. After the delivery men left we noticed a scratch in our hutch. The company responded quickly and sent a repairman. He examined the piece and determined that it could not be repaired satisfactorily. Northeast Factory Direct immediately ordered a replacement and elivered it to us.

The delivery was an hour late, but it is a busy time of year. The deliverymen were excellent once they arrived.
One of the young men even switched out a door damper that wasn't working well with one on a stationary door that was better.
They were polite and very careful.

My wife and I visited the Home and Garden shows in winter of 2011 and were looking for a spa and possibly a swimming pool. We encountered several companies before finding our way to Northeast. Once there we spoke with serveral reps including the owner Alex. Once he learned that we were looking for both a spa and pool he invited us to the following show next weekend with complimentary tickets to further view the inventory. Not only were they, and especially Alex extremely courteous, honest and professional, but the entire experience was absolute perfection. The prices were the most competitive I could have ever imagined. We researched almost 15 different companies even after our intial encounter with NE and they were still the best when it came to pricing. I admit, my wife and I were weary of the old addage-"you get what you pay for", we really thought that since the deal was so good that there would be a let down or lack of service. It never happened. A year later we are 100% satisfied at the spa and pool. I would recommend Alex and Northeast Factory to ANYONE who is looking for not only a great deal but superior customer service.

I always have a positive experience when dealing with this company. Their mattresses have a reasonable price and are a great product. Their hot tubs are awesome and the quality and appearance of them surpass that of other manufacturers. If I need another hot tub down the road I wouldn't hesitate buying one from them.

Delivery was on schedule and the crew did a good job of moving and placing the spa on our backyard deck. But.

The invoice documents that Northeast Factory Direct agreed to install the Cover Valet cover mechanism at their store before delivery. The Cover Valet was not installed when the spa was delivered because they said they weren't completely sure of how the spa would be oriented at the house. Still making sense. So they sent someone out to install the mechanism. Oh, the Cover Valet doesn't actually fit Dimension One spas, not without a special mounting bracket, that I would have to order directly from the manufacturer. About $80 later and a couple of weeks and the bracket is in hand, but ultimately the installation fell to me.

Fast forward two years. The spa is still under warranty (five year warranty). The display has failed (second time). A call to Northeast Factory Direct customer service reveals that I need to call their spa tech vendor, Eddie to discuss the problem and schedule a service call. Get voicemail, leave message for a call back. A few days pass, no call back. Call Northeast Factory Direct again and they tell me Eddie is very busy, text him. Send text to Eddie. A week passes, no response. Call Northeast Factory Direct--they're not sure why Eddie is not responding, they will call him and get back to me. It's been two weeks since and no one has called back. At this point I don't know that I could trust Eddie to work on my $8,000 spa. Of course, that may not even be an option since it's been a month of calls and I still can't even schedule an appointment.

Spa installation went well with delivery one week early. Some delay in installation due to wiring changes from our old spa. New wiring from Tims Custom Electric was excellent. They were recommended by Northeast Factory. Delay of 2 months in spa cover lifter installation due to back order problems. Angies List helped expediate delay. Cover lifter installed was better than one initially promised. Unfortunately, it was installed incorrectly and I had to repair it .I will submit further reports about Northeast Factory in regard to future warranty work and winter spa shutdown. The service man, Tom Bergmann, is quite knowledgeable but seems in a rush. The president, Alex Nemet, is quite the salesman but does deliver on what he promises. But sometimes you have to keep after him. I would recommend not paying in full until the work is completely done to your satisfaction.
