It went Great!

I planned my new kitchen over many years and knew selecting the cabinet maker the most important decision. I am more than delighted with the service I got at Mullet Cabinet. They were very professional and more resonably priced than non-custom cabinets. The fit and detailed work is beautiful. As the cabinets are custom I could give them measurements that fit my needs. There was a problem in the measurement of the wall oven in the island and they picked up the island and reworked it within a two week turn around. Mistakes happen, but you know the mark of a professional company by the way they respond. There was never any question they were going to make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend Mullet. The KD I worked with was Reuben and he was excellent

The process went extremely well. Mullet was most professional, helpful and patient during the entire process. They were very flexible to our needs to have the cabinets installed in different rooms over a several week period of time. They were recommended to us by the owner of an Amish furniture store in the area. Mullet installed their cabinets in his new home. He felt they provided the best value for high end Amish cabinets made in the area. After checking the various cabinet builders in the (Millersburg/Berlin Ohio area), we concurred with his conclusion. We also found their pricing to be only slightly more than that of semi-custom cabinets available in big box stores. Mullet builds three basic grades of cabinets. We chose middle grade solid cherry, cabinets with selected options for their top grade cabinet, e.g. under mount drawer slides. We were most pleased with the installation quality of their Amish crew. They experienced challenges with less than straight walls. We have received numerous compliments on these cabinets. We highly recommend this company if you are considering cabinetry for kitchen or baths.

Fred worked with us to pick out special features that we love. We have great places to put things and have the latest in cabinet features, with the look of classic mission style. The company has been fantastic to deal with. They came out to measure the kitchen after the walls were in place, then came in a big truck to deliver and install them. We asked for several changes after the cabinets were in, and Fred jumped right on our requests, gave us reasonable estimates, and got the changes done for us quickly. The total cost was less than nearby companies, and the work was super. I would recommend this company to everyone. Don't let the fact that their shop is in Millersburg (actually, it's in Mt. Hope, OH) prevent you from working with them. They drove 1.5 hrs to University Heights to work with us. Their showroom in Mt. Hope is beautiful, showing lots of options you can pick out for your cabinets. They do any kind of wood, any kind of style. I cannot recommend them more highly!
