We had a good experience picking out counter tops, faucet, and disposal. I had to persuade the salesman to look for a 6 inch deep sink because the trend is deeper sink and he found good options. The men who removed and installed the counter tops were very professional, friendly, and careful.

Most of the coordination was done through my contractor, so I cannot speak much to the installation and any issues that might have arisen. The customer experience at their warehouse was very good, and the quality of the finished product is quite good.

This merchant is fabulous. Very honest, very professional. Top notch company to work with. The cabinetry that the made for me was spectacular. Just perfect - everything that I wanted. Maher has a good insight as to what the client is looking for because he listens to their goals and works with them on design and production. The company does very custom work without having to spend a fortune. They have a nice selection of granite. Their service is perfect. They complete on time or before it is due.

Leroy came to inspect the site before installation and found a lot of work that had to be redone by the cabinet installers. The cabinets were not level and there were other problems that he identified as well. He saved me a lot of problems down the line.
Leroy and friend came back and installed the countertops after the cabinetry was redone. They were meticulous and professional. The entire installation was perfect. The template was perfect. The counters were buffed to a shine. They gave me detailed instructions on how to care for the soapstone before they left.

Showroom is beautiful. The salesperson was not experienced or knowledgeable in the products. Before going there, I had decided upon Silestone (manufactured granite). They did not have many samples, but advised me to go somewhere else to view their selection and advise them what I want. It seems like they would have or should have obtained more samples and been more accommodating in that respect instead of advising me to go to Home Depot for samples! The product was ordered and installed by them in less than a week, however, and the job is beautiful!

When we first went to this company (which was recommended by our remodeler), the person we needed to talk to was busy. We were given a book with shower doors to look at and took samples home of the cultured marble. We were told that we could come back at 1:00 to see Bryan. I called before we left home and found that he was booked all day. So, I went back to the following Monday to tell him our choices. He took our order and I left. Weeks went by and the order was never placed. He needed the dimensions from the remodeler - he sees this man on a regular basis and apparently never asked him for the information. Finally we got an email estimate for the order. I responded saying that it looked okay and he should go ahead and place the order. Then I get an email back that the order wouldn't be placed without a 50% deposit. This was never mentioned before - we would have done that when we first picked out our choices. Since they couldn't take a credit card number over the phone, I had to return to the store to make the deposit. Time went by without any updates on delivery. Finally the products were in and the remodeler made a date for installation. When he got to the store, they didn't want to release the products because we hadn't paid the remaining balance. Bryan never contacted us to get the payment. Luckily, he released the products so that the remodeler could do the work. The products seem to be very good, but the communication with this company left a lot to be desired.

They had a very wide selection of marbles. They were very knowledgeable and I had a few adjustments to be made and they came out and did it. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
