They don't make appointments, per se, but rather they call you 30 minutes before expected arrival. I received my call and tech was on time. Initial diagnosis made. (Broken spring) . Installers Tyler, Justin and James were not only respectful of our property, but were so well organized, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It took 2 days to complete the entire job, 1 day for each window. They showed up when they said they would and were done each day by 2:30 PM.
