"Considering that they would be cutting into a perfectly good concrete wall to install these windows, there was a lot of research done on our part, and many emails and calls with questions. All were answered in a very professional and calming manner. Jonathan and his staff were very confident and knowledgeable. There was never a moment where we felt like this was the wrong decision and we absolutely love the finished product. Installers Tyler, Justin and James were not only respectful of our property, but were so well organized, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It took 2 days to complete the entire job, 1 day for each window. They showed up when they said they would and were done each day by 2:30 PM.
