All we do is Residential work, sorry we do not do schools, daycare, parks, basically no commercial work. We have stopped moving playsets, due to quality concerns, about the playset and the quality of the wood, Check the playset for rotten boards with a pick or something sharp, see if you can see any damage because of insects, ants, and bees.

Since then I have built many types of exercise equipment, including treadmills and elliptical, basketball hoops along with wooden swing sets and trampolines. I believe strongly in being on time and do a quality job. I offer both In-Home assembly services for the retail customer, and in store assembly services for the commercial client. I service most of the west side and part of the East side of Ohio. When you get the exercise equipment home and open up the box and see all of those parts, and wonder do I really want to do this, and if so, how long will it take me to do it. Just pick up the phone and call.

"Quick and professional service. They called the city to schedule the gas and electric line survey to make sure the job went smoothly. Came the following day at the agreed upon time and made quick work of my basketball hoop. This thing was filled to the top with concrete!! They made it look easy. Everything was left tidy and clean ready for top soil. Looks like it was never there. Highly recommend, and outstanding price."

"Dropped a mower deck off on August 20, 2022 at Voss Brothers in Sunbury Ohio for a simple weld and to have spindles removed with strict instructions not to remove other pulleys or idler arm, morning drop off. Called up in the evening asked if deck was ready yet the one man service guy said, "who told you it will be ready", I said "no one I was just checking since I dropped it off early morning", he replied again "who told you it will be ready, it won't be ready for at least two days', his tone was that of angry man, he was like lecturing me that I had no business in calling to check on my own mower deck. Two days latter I get a call the person did not identify himself or the company he was with he just said two words in the same hostile tone, "it's ready". I went to pick it up and the pulleys and idler arm were removed the ones I told his associate not to remove. I never dealt with the service guy when I was there it was someone else who worked the same area. I asked him why was the pulleys and idler arm removed when I told you not to remove them, his reply "I don't know why he removed them I remember you telling me that". I complained and told him about the conversation with the service tech. I demanded the pulleys to be put on exactly as they were. I went inside and complained again to an older guy told him the whole story, his reply, " I don't know anything about that". Latter that day on August 23, 2022 Voss Bros Sunbury Ohio location calls again, same call and tone, "it's ready". I get there the pulleys and idler arm was completely on backwards, the working pulleys now frozen, none of the bolts they removed that I told them not to were the same or compatible. At this point I just want to get out of there so I went up front to pay the bill and to my surprise for this simple weld and to have the spindles removed and all their mistakes it came to 162.00, 10 minutes of work if that. I paid it got the h*** out of there and now writing this review to warn others before they purchase a new mower from them or bringing an older one for repair as in either case I would not trust this outfit as far as I could throw them."
