he told me over the phone he would inspect our roof & gutters for free to see if they needed to be fixed or replace. He was more interested in telling us about our roof & gutters and what he could do for us.

Don't think he spent much time really cleaning the gutters.

Gave me information on small repairs I did not see that I need and estimates to repair.

The company came to our house on time and did the gutter cleaning as well as installing of the gutter guard which were to prevent having to have this service on a yearly basis. The installation of these guards was not done correctly, failed to install an end cap and created a problem with water flowing over the gutters and leaking into our basement. Although the basement water issue was not solely due to the gutter guard installation, it contributed to it quite a lot. We had to have our basement fixed at thousands of dollars of repair. I called Ohio Roof to have them come out and correct the installation. They took my information and never called back. I now have a contractor, Repairs by James, who is certified on the gutter guard product, scheduled to come out and re-install this product at an additional cost of $224. I will never use Ohio Roof again and would never recommend them to anyone.

The work on the roof, lasted much longer then they first said it would.  They did not run the machine on the grass to check for nails. My car got flat from one of the nails.  That was in October 2014, I thought things were going well with the roof over the winter but, as soon as the rains started, the middle of March, 2015, I noticed that around the edges of the house, water was streaming down.  I have a flat roof and have lived in this house for almost 30 years and never had water coming down like that, I also started to notice small brown spots in the ceiling of my bedroom, the living room and the back bedroom.  I called and talked to one of the owners named Matt, he seemed concerned and told me he would have Jason give me a call.  Jason did call and I told him my problem and he said he would get out to look.  He call two days later and told me that he was sending the man who did the work on the roof out to take a look.  He showed up and told me that I needed gutters around my house to catch the rain.  I ask him why the sales rep's who came out to look and give me a price did not tell me that I needed gutters, I also said that this is not the first flat roof they have repaired so someone should have included gutters in the price, he said he did not know why they did not add that cost in with the roof replacement, but that was what I needed.  He gave me a estimate of  about 1,000.00.  I showed him  the leaks and ask him to tell Jason, He said he would tell him about the leaks.  The date was April 2, 2015.  I did not hear from anyone at Ohio Roofing all the next week, so I called on
April 10, 2015 and talked to Jim another owner, I told him my story and he said there was nothing he could do about the gutters, but he and Jason would come out a take a look at the leaks, since they were under warranty, he gave me his word that they would get back to me.   Today is April 17. 2015 and I have not heard from anyone at Ohio Roofing Company. They have been paid for this work, I lived up to my word with them and I believe they should live up to their word to me. I will call another roofing company to install the gutters, I want someone to address these leaks inside the house.

They came out, and told me that the building does not fully comply with their Big Deal specs, which is fine, since the deal state there may be additional charges for non-compliant building. However, they refused to charge in addition to the Big Deal, but wanted payment in full. I suggested - of course - to pay the difference, but they would not take it - they told me to call Angie's List to get a refund. This is when I should have told them it was a no-go, but I was tired, pregnant, and packing to leave for a trip the very next day. I simply wanted to get the gutter cleaning done. Big mistake - I was getting more PIA that way. 
I called Angie's List in early December to get my refund, but they refused to give it to me. They said they would contact the contractor, so I can get it from them. I gave them two months, given the holidays were in between. Called them early February... and still waiting for my $99.

Response was very professional. They were unable to make their original appointment but notified me right away and rescheduled at my convenience. I would use their service again and consider them for other roofing projects.

It went well.  Only negative was that he borrowed my parents kitchen broom to sweep off their deck filling it with mud and leaves.  He should of had his own equipment.  Other than that he did fine.

It was the devil's own time getting this scheduled because of missed communications within the office itself and weather that caused a cancellation, but when we finally got it all together, the service was excellent, thorough, and timely. Lovely gentlemen who cleaned everything and took pictures of the roof to show us where we had problems. Depending on circumstances, we may need a new roof and if so, this is where we'll go. They have followed up and the communication (once the initial problems were solved) has been quick and responsive.

He was punctual and appears to have done a thorough job.

The provider responded quickly in setting up a time for the job. The two men arrived punctually and went about their work efficiently. They described the current condition of our roof and gave us some idea of how much longer it should last. We asked them about shingle types, etc., and they answered our questions thoroughly. There was no pressure to replace any part of the roof or gutter system at this point.

Roof of our home was severly damanged due to recent wind storm and hail. Ohio roof company was one of the two contractors we hired to do the inspection and to get estimate. Steve from Ohio Roof Company was extremely proffesional and punctul. They gave an estimate which was bit lower than the other contractor and worked with the claim agent from our insurance company for the inspection and approval. They walked us through the process and let us know what to expect. On the day of the job, entire staff came on-time and was professionally dressed. They completed the job and scheduled an inspection with us the next day to ensure that work was done to our satisfaction. No mess was left behind. They also found couple of things that my insurance agency missed but was required for the latest building code. They processed the addendum with the insurance company to take care of such finer details. We were very pleased with their work and proffessionalism they displayed throughout the process. We strongly recommend Ohio Roof Company for anyone wanting to have a peace of mind when carrying out major work on their home.

Jason was very friendly and prompt. I really appreciated his explanation of the additional work that needed to be done and the process and tools that he uses. I would certainly recommend the Ohio Roof Company and will be using them to replace my gutters.

I purchased the "Deal of the Day" through Ohio Roof for a gutter cleaning and roof inspection.  The day after I purchased the deal I received a call from Jason from their company.  Jason was very prompt with getting the gutter cleaning scheduled and he showed up right on time the day of.  He spent about an hour or so cleaning the gutters and doing a full roof assessment even taking pictures to show me any issues he found with the roof and chimney.  He then quoted me a price to install gutter guards, reseal some issues with my chimney, and discussed some better hidden hangers to replace.  He also noticed that one of the fascia boards the gutter was attached to had water damage and needed replaced.  Jason put zero pressure on me to have these services done and was very good about explaining everything.  I knew some of these things needed to be addressed based on the age of the house so I decided to have the work done.
Jason got me scheduled for a certain day and unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we had to reschedule.  Jason was very good about staying in contact with me as he did have other jobs he was trying to manage as well.  If I had questions for him he also always answered his phone or called me back promptly.  I was very impressed with Jason and the care and concern he took to get the job done.
Jason was able to come out today and get everything completed and from what I can tell he did a great job.  I have been very impressed with all of my dealings with Jason and Ohio Roof and I would definitely work with them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Ohio Roof Company!  The easy process was fantastic.  I haven't had any problems with my roof since I had the construction done and the new roof looks great.  I have extensive landscaping at my property and I was impressed that Ohio Roof Company didn't damage any of the landscaping and took care to clean up after.  I would recommend Ohio Roof Company to anyone that is looking to replace their roof.  Great prices and great service!
