They were very busy for the fall and  it took a while for them to order the gutters and schedule the install, but when they came, they finished the job in one day.  They look great.  We are very pleased with their quality and service and at a reasonable price too.

The roof looks nice and is designed to uphold against stronger winds. They did a great job. The roof has not leaked since it has been replaced.

This roofer is not the biggest roofer out there, but he was personable
and worked with me. I was trying to sell my house and didn't want to
pour a ton of money into the roof. He came in with the lowest bid, and
when I asked if he could do it in pieces he quoted it in 3 parts, and
agreed to come back and do the rest of the work when I had the funds.
He had to replace some wood that had rotted once he pulled off the shingles
 but was very reasonable with the price and didn't gouge me.
Great to work with and did a good job. The other quotes received were
$10,000-$13,000.  Thanks David Conradi!

The contractor was in and out in no time. Quality and workmanship was very good. No left over trash anywhere. No high pressure sale. Overall a very good experience. My landscaping did suffer a bit though.

I had storm damage to my 24 year old home.  I called several roofing companies and Conradi's had the best estimate.  My neighbor had used them the previous year and I was impressed with how quickly they did her roof.  My house is a tudor with many tall peaks, the highest of which was at least 50ft.  I called Dave Conradi and made arrangements for him to come out and give me an estimate.  I told him that I would be dealing with the insurance company.  He submitted an estimate and was lower by $5000.00 than the highest estimate from the other companies.  I told him I wanted to match the shingles to the detached garage.  He called me the following morning and let me know that color shingle had been discontinued and he was searching for a close match.  He called me within a few days and let me know he found a shingle that had a better warranty and would drop a sample off that day.   The match was very close and I submitted the information to the insurance company.  They were very picky about the wording of the estimate and Dave worked with me to get all the info that the insurance company wanted.  Because of problems with the insurance company, we ran into late Dec and couldn't have the roof done that year.  Dave told me I would be first on their list as soon as the weather  permitted.  He called me in early Feb 2011 and let me know they would be out within the week to start my roof.  As I said, the roof was very large with very tall peaks.  They completely removed my old roof, replaced much of the plywood, and put on new gutters with guards.  They also put gutter guards on a detached garage as well.  When I came home from work on the second day, I noticed that they had put white gutter guards on a brown gutter.  I called Dave and told him that the white was visible and did not look good.  He was very nice and told me he would find a brown guard and replace the white ones.  The ground was wet, so they were not able to put a dumpster in the yard.  They had to cart all the shingles off by wheelbarrow!  I did not find one nail, shingle, or any evidence of roof removal anywhere in my yard.  At the end of every day, a worker was out in the yard picking up materials and using a blower to clean up my patio.  It took about 3 weeks to complete due to rainy weather and roof looked beautiful.  I would highly recommend them.  I was able to have the gutters and guards put on and was still lower than the highest roof estimate from the competitors.

Was recommended by our neighbors who also used him. Cleaned up very nicely, nice work crew. Was fast with estimate, within price range of others, did the work when he said he would. would use again.

The estimates were made promptly after I called for them. The work was done when it was scheduled. The workers did an excellent job and cleaned up well after themselves. The leaks are repaired.

I called several companies about this small job. One company told me they would have to replace that whole portion of the roof at a cost of about $1,500.00, and that was before they even looked at the roof! Another company correctly diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate of $125.00 to fix it, but they never showed up. Conradi correctly figured out the problem, gave a reasonable estimate, showed up when scheduled, and fixed the leak, all with a friendly attitude. I have recommended them to my neighbor.

CONRADI ROOFING IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS WITH EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES AND HAS A FINE REPUTATION THAT GOES BACK MANY YEARS. THEY WERE HONEST IN THEIR ASSESSMENT OF THE JOB, RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS, AND DID NOT USE SCARE TACTICS TO SELL US THEIR SERVICES.

CONRADI ROOFING DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. ONCE YOU GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE, THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND EXCELLENTLY. CONRADI IS VERY BUSY, DOESN''T HAVE SOMEONE ''IN THE OFFICE'', AND RETURNING PHONE CALLS IS NOT PRIORITY FOR THEM.
