"Called for an estimate even though I knew I was going to use them.  It only took a few days and they were on it with a great estimate.  Called and emailed the exact items needed to be fixed per a housing inspector.  Brian had his guys jump right on the project and fix the shingles and gutters.  There was a little confusion regarding the dryer vent but once we talked more on the phone (which was very great) his guys did what they needed.  You can't go wrong with these guys.  This is the 2nd time I have used them and they are my only roofing company."

Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."
