"I have a split HVAC system that is comprised of Geothermal and Fuel Oil Boiler. My previous HVAC company no longer services my area. Not all HVAC companies service both of these energy sources. I was happy to find that World Class Service of Westerville, OH claimed to provided service for both systems. I had them do a seasonal tuneup on my boiler. The technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. The service was reasonably priced and preformed in a timely manner. Having been encouraged by my experience I requested pricing to replace a non functioning zone valve and modification to the zone. I was told that someone would get back to me the following week. Monday of the 2nd week I called their office and informed them I had not been contacted. I was told this would be looked into and someone would return my call. A second week has now passed and I have not heard a word from World Class Services. I feel, at a minimum, a company representative should have reached out to communicate their willingness or ability to address my needs. I find it infuriating when companies claim to do things that they don’t and then don’t have the gumption to say so. The 2 star rating is not for the service that has been done but for that which hasn’t."

Water softeners also need to be calibrated so that they don’t make your water too soft, as soft water poses just as many risks as hard water. Your water softener size is based on your total household water consumption. In most cases, you can assume the average household member will use around 75 gallons per day. Multiply that by the number of people in your home, then multiply by 10 (for the typical grains per gallon). You’ll get a number in grains that should help roughly size your water softener.
