243 Not impressed with this company at all. First they no-showed the initial appointment and I had to contact them to figure out what happened. Then they didn’t show later in the day as promised. They just showed up unannounced and reattached the shutter a completely different way than discussed....
The repair was made to my satisfaction
Since the part of the window I needed help with was on the upper part of the window, the repairman just put in a screw to lock the upper pane in-place. I was only charged for the service call.
Several of the windows they completed were acceptable. Others were mis-installed leaving gaps allowing moisture, rain, cold air inside. Quality control/ review non-existent. We've tried to contact them for 8+ months with 5 phone calls and not 1 call has been returned. They simply don't care...
You can not even see the repair. They were on time, friendly, professional and clearly very very good at repair. Just amazing. Looking around for some other projects they might do for me. This particular job was a warranty repair.
