He gave us all the information needed for our chimney sweep since this was our first time getting it done. He also helped us while he was here giving feedback and tips on how to have a safe fire inside our fireplace. He even went above and started a small fire one in our fireplace for our peace of mind before he left. "I had two previous repair men and they didn’t go through the entire system like Stan did. He found that there was 3 sensors could have been an issue and he found the one was frozen. After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician. I would definitely recommend him to others"
