We had to delay the pour while waiting on a variance from the city. Shawn stayed in touch and honored the quote. He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. I’m hoping to work with this company again for my cement driveway project. Highly recommended!"

"I’ve had bad experience with 2 roofing companies who took half upfront and didn’t complete the job. First one tried to increase the cost by $10,700 saying there’s more work than first thought and second company also wanted me to get more repairs that I could t afford. Jacob and co game in and gave me an honest assessment and gave me options that I could afford. With the idea that more work does need to be done but once I am financially ready he can do it.
