His quote of $350 just for the sink or $500-550 for granite top also was given to another who just replaced the sink for $150. I would not recommend him."

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. "It worked out mostly well. I had the father (the owner) go through all the plumbing with me. He did a couple of things that day. I had him move a faucet and he left it non-functual but they charged me for a removal. I contacted his company to come back out for more work after that. The second job, I had them move a gas valve and refubish some tub faucets. I also had them install a sink and faucet in the kitchen."
