I was very satisfied with the installation from infinity power. Rob was very knowledgeable as well as very professional. He took great pride in his work and wanted everything perfect,He did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a whole house generator install.

Robert was very easy to work with. Many difficulties arose with this project, mostly caused by me. He came one day to install and found out info I had given him was not correct and had to order a new electric panel plus replace wire he had already ordered but not installed. None of this bothered him at all. He had originally promised to have the job done before I left for the winter. Unfortunately that was not going to happen due to supply chain issues. When the equipment finally arrived he planned to finish on the Saturday before Christmas. It was going to be a rainy day all day so they were not able to come. As a result they came out on Sunday and finished the job arriving at 8:30 AM and not finishing until 7PM. They had to replace my electrical panel as the one that was in was damaged by water. This was a major job and appreciate their effort. Through out all of this Robert was very calm and kept me informed as to what was going on and when thing's would be done.I highly recommend Robert and his company.

Rob was very informative and helped us through decision making process with our generator. They were very professional during the whole process. Lou was excellent And even fixed some faulty electrical work we had previously! We highly recommend them to any of our friends and family!
