He left me a long list of things that I did not feel that I really needed done. The pricing was hundreds of dollars. I just decided to get different estimates before going through with any of these projects.

I purchased the big deal and it was okay.  They did give us an estimate on some other work but they never got back to us on that.  They found that the shut off valve was shut off which was fine.  We had a toilet that really needed some parts and they gave us an estimate on that.  They were supposed to let us know when the parts were in but I never heard back from them.  They never followed up.  Their professionalism seemed fine but they just never got back to us which I don't think is very professional.  The pricing for the deal was fine but the estimate that they gave us was a little bit high.  They actually did not do any work, they found the shut off valve that we needed found.  Their responsiveness was not so good because they didn't get back to us about the estimate.

They did a good job!  They came out and did an inspection and gave me a few estimates.  There were no issues with scheduling, and they were actually a bit early.  They were very easy to work with and professional, but I found someone with better pricing to do the actual work.

It worked out mostly well. I had the father (the owner) go through all the plumbing with me. He did a couple of things that day. I had him move a faucet and he left it non-functual but they charged me for a removal. I contacted his company to come back out for more work after that. The second job, I had them move a gas valve and refubish some tub faucets. I also had them install a sink and faucet in the kitchen.

Inspect old 1950s toilet that was color matched to the bathroom tile and for that reason I did not want to change it.  Found the needed discontinued part at a supply house and installed it.  Unit works fine.

The replacement of my hot water tank was a difficult job. Accessing the hot water tank involved cutting through and replacing drywall, cutting through and replacing studs, and cutting and soldering copper pipes. After much consideration, I selected Venturella and Sons Plumbing & Heating, LLC. Their quote for the job was reasonable. They are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, respectful of property, and really care about customer satisfaction. Carey and Danny were easy to work with. They completed the project in the most professional manner. I would definitely hire them again.

I fretted over who to call to fix our shower/tub fixture. I decided on Venturella Plumbing because they were listed on Angie's List.
Boy am I glad I did! The initial phone call to Venturella Plumbing was pleasant and professional. I received a call from Danny and set up a service date. He arrived promptly, wore surgical booties over his work boots, gave me a reasonable quote for the job, and went to work. It was a job well done!  He did a nice job cleaning up after, too! I would highly recommend them!!

They are courteous, knowledgeable, and I don't think he was out of line with pricing. He was very respectful of the house and he put on booties and wandered through things. I was very impressed with the work that he did and if we need to do it again we will call him back.
