"Extremely satisfied with our experience in dealing with this company from the beginning to the completion of the job. We hesitated in having a sump pump installed in our finished basement laundry because of what was involved, including moving the furnace and water heater. Unlike their competitors, they assured us that only the furnace would have to be moved temporarily a few feet and they could tunnel around the water heater. This was good news as that meant we did not need to hire a plumber but just a heating contractor. In addition, they said there would be minimal cutting of the bottom of the dry wall, which would make repairs simple and economical without the need to hire another contractor. Everything they told us about the project was correct. It was done with minimal disturbance to the room and very minimal dust to the adjoining family room or upstairs rooms. The installers, Brian and Jerome worked hard for 10 hrs, and also, made sure that they did a good clean up job. They were pleasant and professional and very accommodating. Jim, our salesperson came out to check on the work as it was being done and returned the next day with Fred, their service manager to reconnect our washer and dryer, utility tub plus re-install the hardware in our cedar closet. Again, this was something that their competitors did not include. They made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The cost of their services was well worth the product they provided and was less than the other estimates we obtained. We would highly recommend this company to others. It surely deserves a five star rating."
