862 Excellent. Painters power washed prior to painting and did an excellent job and cleaned up after. They showed up on time to paint, painstakingly covered our newly installed patio to protect it. After caulking, they applied two coats of high quality paint.

Repairman explained everything he did and even noticed some nails pulled up on shingles which he nailed back down. Looked at the furnace chimney which needed caulking in a few places, but otherwise the furnace chimney...
Newman RoofingThey actually found that a mouse had nestled in to the unit and chewed up some wires. They changed the filter and serviced the unit and replaced the wire that the mouse had eaten through. However, they didn't fix the caulking but they didn't know about this until the repair man came out.
COMPANY WILL NOT SEAL OR CAULK THE TILE- IT HAS TO BE DONE A MONTH LATER, AND THEY WILL NOT COME BACK FOR SUCH A SMALL JOB. THEY DID LEAVE THE MATERIALS, ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO DO IT.
