"Great experience from beginning to end! (From our salesman, David, to the installers, Travis & Jared). Everything was well explained & I highly recommend using Logan AC & Heat Services. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed. "Iran, Chris and Brady did a great job. They finished the installation of a sump pump in our crawl space. They also used hydraulic jacks to lift several joists that had water damage. Then they attached sister joists to the damaged ones and then lowed the new joists down onto the sill board. They also used blocking boards to repair/re-enforce the damaged Band/Rim joists as well. Very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up after the job as well."

"I had a drain from my gutter downspout stopped up which was causing water to backup into my sunroom. They came quickly and told me what they would do which was to cleanout all the drain from the gutters of which I had five. I had already discontected two downspouts at my sunroom to expose the opening from the drain. They hooked up their pressure hose to the first drain and that cured my problem. They were here and gone in 20 minutes. They collected payment of $400. When I asked why it was so high they said they charge and flat rate for jobs however I thought that would be for all five downspouts. They emailed me the bill and on that were some items that I had done myself such a disconnecting and reconnecting the downspouts. They were there quick and did a good job but anyone using them should get a proposal saying exactly what they are charging for and make sure they do everything on that proposal."

They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."
