we waited for 2 weeks to get a sewage backup problem resolved and they were a no call no show. now they won't answer their phone or return any voice messages. I would recommend staying far far away from this company!

We had an emergency when we found our sewer pipe had disconnected outside our home. Luckily the problem didn’t come back into the house but had to have the sewage pipe extracted and fixed ASAP. The team came out next day after assessing and fixed the problem. We couldn’t even get some to call us back in the time it took them to fix the issue.

Nick from Swartz & Wilson inspected the site for the work required. Gave an estimate. Next day, Nice came with a helper to complete the work. Also, Nick said that he stands behind his work.

Work was not completed per the contract, contractor stopped working 2 feet before a problem he found and tried to hide it. He said the reason he did not get done was not due to the weather when I asked why he tried to do it on a week we knew it was raining and he already rescheduled, It took me 2-3 weeks after he did not finish the contract to get him to meet me and run the cameras through the lines because he never sent me the videos that he promised and he did not want to complete the job. I met him there. The repairs were stopped 2 feet before an easy so see problem that would cause issues in the next year or 2. I told him I wanted the Job done the way the contract stated the whole time. He did everything he could to convince me not to do the repair. He will not be the one who handles the 5 year guarantee that he promised because he said he sold the company allegedly. July 2023 I think is the date it would transfer ownership. He said he was taken off Home advisor and was not doing more jobs. Home advisor said he is still on the list but not currently taking jobs. He advised he was more than the other bids because he used the proper sdr35. That accounted for about at most 25% of the material he actually used for the unfinished repair that he said he was 10ft short of finishing on the phone but was at least 20ft short above the ground which is more underneath. He tried to get me to pay more as I paid half and the other half on completion. I told him to finish the contract or he would not get another dollar and I wanted it done. Now much of the yard is dirt and will be until "we will get this on the schedule for 2 week in July. " per his last update. He assured me the day he stopped it was not weather related. He also gave me information that contradicted his other statements and if he says he is doing something make sure it is on the contract because the information he gives in descriptions is often different than how he writes the contract. Excellent service. Kody and his crew were prompt, delivered what they promised. Kody figured out a work- around to allow us to use our facilities until the parts arrived to remedy the situation — Which we greatly appreciated. It was an emotional situation for us and he was very sensitive and did everything he could to assure us it would work out. I would highly recommend him and would use him for any future needs we may have.
