I was under the misconception that going with the bigger companies meant more money yet, I have had small business owners give extremely high estimates even without expressing the full scope of the job. I have also been taken advantage of by the smaller companies several times. With APEX Pros, the technician Romerial was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the job quickly. There were some broken support brackets from the drain pan and so everything was draining to the floor. In order to cool we had to swim basically. Floor was covered and each tech before APEX and Romerial had no clue what to do. It’s been going on for months and now I have a dry basement. "After job was done. Water was found in the crawl space. They came to check it and could not find where the water was coming from instead of further investigating. Then they cut two holes in the sealed lining which is supposed to be sealed. The drain pipe they installed just drains out into my yard and now I have water standing in my back yard. Very poor. Now I have other problems."
