Amazing Cleaning picked up and returned the rug (at no extra charge). Their price was VERY reasonable. When they showed up to retrieve the rug, they were professionally dressed and professional in manner. They kept in contact with me (i.e., to inform me that there were no problems removing the stains, and to confirm delivery date and time).
