"Seth did an amazing job. He worked for only two hours and my car looks like new. He cleaned it right in my own driveway. His pricing left room for a nice tip. Will definitely use him again."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Light switch plates were left dirty, not vacuumed behind couch, appliances not wiped off, walls in bathroom were left with colored shampoo/soap splats, top shelves were not cleaned. The owner walked the house with me and specifically told me these things would be done. Sinks/ tub etc. were cleaned. Staff was nice. I pointed things out to the team who went over them, but I don’t think I should have to tell a cleaning team to wipe off light switch plates, clean the woodwork, etc. when I ordered a deep clean and was already told these things would be taken care of. Not sure how they got such a high rating."

"They did a wonderful job. Bill Fowls, the owner, came in and took the corneous board down in 15 minutes and were on their way. Two weeks later, when I was ready, they brought it back looking fantastic!! 10 minutes later it was back up and they were on their way. I would recommend Bill and his team to anyone needing cleaning services."

"I am very pleased with the whole experience. I spoke with Kyle on the phone to set up service. My parents home needed 3 rooms of carpet cleaned (several stained areas) and 2 sofas done. He gave me a quote and set up service date quickly. He texted when he was on his way. He did a wonderful job! The couches look like new and the carpets turned out great. He was very personable and professional. I am so glad to have found someone I will call every time and happily refer to everyone I know."
