"We had severe carpenter ants eating away at our kitchen wall. Integrity sent Jim out and he was amazing! Not only a complete professional, he was kind and understanding. He educated us to understand the problem and how he planned to solve it. He said it would take two treatments and if it needed more that it would be free. It has been 30 plus days now and we haven’t seen any bug in our house! The summer barrier they added was worth it! I felt he truly cared and it showed. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
