At the start of the project, we worked directly with Chris, the owner, and he was great—quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and explained everything clearly. He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us. When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. He kept us updated daily and weekly, made sure we understood what was happening, and double-checked every decision before moving forward. He was also incredibly respectful of our home. Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. It made a huge difference and showed how much care he put into the project. Before wrapping up, he made sure every last detail was perfect before asking for our final review, and handled anything we asked for. We’re beyond happy with how everything turned out. "TJ completed the following projects at my home: - bathroom remodel to include new vinyl plank floor, removal of tub, installation of walk-in shower and new vanity, install of exhaust fan, and painting - half bath expansion by removing closet and installation of a stand up shower (requiring cutting concrete floor for plumbing), unique tile design install, moving electrical, vinyl plank flooring install, and painting - interior and exterior door installs - expansion of utility room to include moving a wall and plumbing for washer/dryer, building out of another wall, install of plank flooring, and painting TJ is an excellent craftsman and he produced top notch work on all aspects of my projects. TJ was always timely and completed the various stages of the project within our agreed upon budget. He was very diligent while handling all the unforseen issues and last minute changes suggested by my wife with extreme professionalism. "Hogeland Construction was the best company that we worked with during the entire build. We began the build right when Covid hit. There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership."

"Eli and his crew saved my build. My wife and I struggled to find honest, kind, and hardworking contractors, but Eli helped us tremendously in all phases of our project (a complete home renovation). He is very knowledgeable and was able to problem solve and find solutions to problems that came up. He didn't delay or put me off. I always felt like a priority and he got work done when he said he would. His crew is very friendly and I had NO concerns about leaving them on the site without me. We are very happy with the work he's done for us. They would go the extra mile and never took shortcuts. I was very involved with our project, overseeing all stages of the build. Eli was the only contractor who didn't take shortcuts or try and get out of fixing a mistake. He was always willing to address any issue that came up and didn't make me feel as though I was wasting his time for asking questions and making suggestions.
