Excellent... On time and knowledgeable. Reliable and good service..

The job was to blow the leaves into the woods of side yard so it was not leaf "removal". I was here the day they did the job. It was 4 guys who were here from 7:50 am-9 am. I have used Andrew's services for the past three years. According to his past invoices, the most it has EVER been is a 4 man-hour job and I have fewer trees now than I've had in the past and since I have done the work myself, I know how long it takes. AND I WAS HOME WHEN HE DID THE WORK. So he sends me a bill for 9 man-hours: 6.5 hrs at $48.75/hr and 2.5 hrs at $57.00/hr ('foreman' rate) for a total of $459.38+tax. I paid him for 1.25 hrs for 3 guys at $48.75 and 1.25 hrs for the 'foreman' at $57/hr for a total of $254.06+tax because that is being fair and paying is ridiculous rate for the correct number of man-hours. He is attempting to defraud me.

Awesome. I've also used them to kill poison ivy on my hillside and fix my landscape lights. Andrew and his team and punctual, professional and do a GREAT job.

I would highly recommend this company's services. The initial selling point was that Andrew - a co-owner of the company - got back to me very quickly and seemed genuinely interested in performing the work. He has maintained this enthusiasm and responsiveness over the month and a half that he has been mowing my lawn weekly, and also now has done other landscaping work in the yard. He also does take care of snow removal in the winter, services that I will request based upon the excellent work offered thus far in landscaping. The yard had gotten a little overgrown and 'wild' looking, and it is now looking very good, especially after recent work in the flower beds and trimming of bushes. Andrew actively works with the customer to learn the kind of work that you require in your yard, and to achieve the appearance that you are seeking through various types of trimming, plantings and other landscaping. He recently emailed me some suggestions for new bushes and flowering plants that would look attractive and work well both in the front yard and in the back, which receive very different amounts of light. He gave me a list of specific evergreens, and flowering bushes so that I could research and let him know which ones I would prefer, and find most attractive. He also made a helpful suggestion regarding delaying some yard work a little this Fall due to the warmer temperatures, and completing some tasks a little later in the season. Clearly, he has thought carefully about the yard and what will both look attractive and work well in this specific setting given his knowledge and experience with various flowers, trees and bushes that are available for around the home. I am ecologically-minded and prefer to minimize the use of herbicides for health and environmental reasons, and he has been respectful of that preference also. He has been an especially careful and good communicator, very attentive to responding to my questions and concerns. He has kept his commitments as far as regular mowing of the yard. He obviously respects his customers and prioritizes getting back to people in a timely manner, which favorably impressed me from the start. I see this as an ongoing landscaping relationship that is getting off to a very fine start.

The crew arrived just a day or so after we called to start service for the year. The work was completed quickly. The lawn looks nice.

Shortly after purchasing the service I was contacted by Andrew by e-mail. We set up a service window; since the work was weather-dependent, understandably he could not give me a specific date. When the weather broke, he notified me that his crew would be out the following day. They came out and did an excellent job. Not only did they remove all of the leaves and brush that I piled up, they cleaned up leaves that had fallen after the last time I raked. I am extremely happy with the result and I would definitely hire again.

The service surpassed our expectations. They removed all the fallen leaves from three 5-story-tall trees in the large front and side yard, the flower beds, 20 ft bed of bushes and 6 ft bed of bushes. They removed leaves in back of the shrubs next to the house. Will hire again. Thank you!!

I am very happy with our decision to purchase the deal. Communication & scheduling was easy, Andrew was fast to respond. When it came to getting the work done, they were there on time & worked hard to complete the job. I was very pleased with their quality & thoroughness of the work they completed! We will definitely be using them again.

I was contacted within hours of purchasing the deal through Angie's List. Andrew came out the next day and walked through the property with me to understand my needs. Since the scope of work went beyond the initial deal, Andrew promptly sent me an estimate for everything. The work started in less than a week and was completed in a timely manner. There was a lot of communication via email and phone to let me know what to expect and when. Whether it was to review scope or to work, Andrew and his crew showed up when they said they would and worked thoroughly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again.

We bought a house that had been very neglected, leading to large amounts of overgrowth in the front and back yards (including poison ivy!). Additionally, the back yard and patio were sloped so water was running to the house after rain. They were quick to respond and meet us at the house to provide suggestions and a quote for our services. We found them to be fair and honest, and very competitively priced with the other 2 landscapers who provided quotes. They were extremely communicative - we knew what their schedule was and what possible delays there could be, and they gave us advanced notice when they had to push back our start date (only by a few days with a promise they would not leave our job until it was completely done). I was going to be out of town, and they texted me throughout the process to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and accommodated my last-minute mulch change request with no complaints or push back (in fact, they provided information about which one would be best for us). The crew was there for I think 4 days, and it was a total transformation. They completely weeded 2 large areas in the backyard, 3 beds in the front/side yard, removed extra stones that previous owners left on the side of the house, put down new mulch, pulled out a huge bed of ivy, and installed drains in the back patio and restored/leveled the patio to like-new condition where they had put the drains. Aside from the changes I requested, the price was true to the quote. They were professional and polite, and I felt completely comfortable with them at my home. Our outdoor space is finally usable and beautiful thanks to these guys - I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I had to move the fall cleanup to spring landscaping and he let me do that no problem.  Incredibly responsive, professional, fair prices.  Nothing but good things to say.

I wanted to pay them with a credit card and they demanded a check. The grass grew sparsely. Every time they did the work they complained that for what they were getting paid it was too much work.  They never came back or called to see how things went. The one time I called to let them know it was metal sticking out of the ground they told me to do it yourself or have someone else to do it. 

I am using JD Dunninaday since July 2015. We bought a new house with a large yard and I did not have the time nor the equipment to take care of it. I found Andrew very responsive to my emails and texting. Concerns are quickly taken care of. Pricing is very reasonable and his team is doing great work. Very happy with the service and highly recommended.

Great. Workers are neat punctual. My yard looked wonderful afterwards.

First, I would like to state for the record that we customers need to learn a little more patience when it comes to providers who serve based on the weather patterns and what Mother Nature brings us. It is easy to request the world out of these providers and I think it's sometimes unfair of us. I tried to exercise patience during two bad weeks of continuous rain, freeze, and high winds. Andrew, my contact at JDD, was kind, listened and was also very apologetic. When he learned about my predicament with house guests arrived, he bent over backward to help me out and he and a colleague came on a Sunday to complete the work.

They were quick, professional and attentive.

JD Dunninaday Landscapes were reasonably priced for all of the work completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
