They tested the water and informed me what I needed to put in the pool. They were really helpful.

We have been a customer of Tim's Pools & Spas as long as we have been pool owners, but only for pool & spa supplies. Since our pool was installed by another company, we always relied on that company for repairs. However in the summer of 2013 & after discovering the pool was constantly leaking water, we needed quotes for a new liner. The reputable pool company that installed our pool in 1995, informed us that we would be responsible for draining the pool & tearing out the 24' x 44' pool liner ourselves before they would hang a new liner. We were horrified & shocked that we would even consider doing this ourselves. In September of 2013 we had Tim's Pool's Service Manager, Jeff come out to discuss options & explain their company's process. They were as surprised as we were that any company would suggest we do all that prep work by ourselves. The price quoted to us was extremely fair & they would handle all the prep work, check for any structural damage to the pool walls, replace the main drain plate & gaskets. The price quoted to us also included new skimmer face plates, all gaskets as well as new return wall plates. Since the pool light had been burned out for several years, this was also replaced.
In April of 2014, Jeff called to let us know that they were ready to start prepping the pool. I was surprised at how efficiently Jeff & Steve worked & I was never inconvenienced as a drain hose leading from the pool to the side of the driveway drained directly to the sewer. I was amazed at how quietly & methodically they worked each day. The whole process from draining the pool, removing the old, brittle liner & hanging a new liner took a total of three days. For years, I dreaded the day we would have to replace the liner but thanks to Jeff & Steve, I now have a pool dealership I can rely on for all my pool needs.

I recently purchased a foreclosed home that was not well maintained in the last year. It came with a nice sized pool which was a bit intimidating considering I had never owned a pool before. I called Tim's pools based on several recommendations from friends. Jeff, their Service Manager, initially spoke to me and then connected me with John and Kyle who came to open my pool. These gents took the time to not only clean and open the pool but also teach me all of the basics so I could be more self reliant. When it came to ordering a custom cover and closing the pool later in the Fall it was the Same marvelous experience of teaching and coaching on the process, needed chemicals, etc. Every person I have ever interacted with at this organization has demonstrated a high level of courtesy, professionalism, willingness to help, and flexibility. They are my pool services vendor for the foreseeable future. You should do the same.

I felt that they provided good value, good installation service, and good follow up to the installation. I needed to have the table moved slightly and they came and did it. I also had to have the pockets replaced with a different color and they came and did that for me as well.

The actually did the same service as last year.  They are prompt, courteous and they did what they said they were going to do.

The skimmer and lines looked great!  Clean work with proper equipment.  After I personally backfilled hole where the concrete originally was located, the gentelmen came back to lay new concrete.  Throughout the process they were more than happy to share suggestions on how to best maintain the pool and choose the proper chemicals.  Highly recommended.

The work was done perfectly.  Not a single wrinkle in the liner.

We have them come out in the fall for the pool closing, so we don’t have any trouble in the spring, which is a big deal. We have an old pool, and it tends to have problems. They pump down the pool, put antifreeze in the lines and plugs in for the plumbing, so we don’t have any winter damage. They are wonderful. They are reliable and affordable, and they don’t make a mess. There is nothing really for them to clean up. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

So far, so good. It’s still a little early to tell, but everything seems to be in working order. They seemed very knowledgeable, and came highly recommended to us from our neighbors.

They did the usual stuffs, they put on the pool cover and they put in whatever chemicals they put in the pool. They are pretty reliable and they seem to be very knowledgeable in what they are doing.

They were prompt and did everything they said they would do. They were helpful.

John came out the same day to prevent the pool from going to algae. Have used this company to open and close the pool for 3 years and have been very satisfied, though the open and close are on the pricey side. Continue to use despite price because they are always responsive when pool problems arise.

We had a problem in the pool and they checked it out. They did not have to do anything. I trust them. They are honest. Tim is the owner but he does not usually come in. Their price is competitive.

Every time that I go in they are always very helpful. They are very knowledgeable. They get products that will save us a little bit of money. They have a very friendly and courteous service.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! ALL THREE SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND OPENLY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE HAD. THEY CAME PREPARED WITH SPARE PARTS THAT WERE NEEDED.

TIM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO SELECT THE RIGHT SPA. WE HAD ALREADY SHOPPED SEVERAL OTHER STORES. TIM'S OFFERED ONE VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE SPA, ALL RELATED ACCESSORIES, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION. MOST OTHER DEALERS WE HAD VISITED PRICED THEIR SYSTEMS PIECEMEAL AND THEN CHARGED EXTRA FOR DELIVERY, SO THAT THE TOTAL COST WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE. TIM'S HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE IN SERVICING WHEN WE HAD A COUPLE OF MINOR PROBLEMS.

I PURCHASED MY SPA FROM THIS COMPANY AND HAVE HAD VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE IN THE PAST.
