I spoke with Benjamin yesterday. He contacted me right away after I put my request in. He gave me his background info, the number of years he's been in the business and the companies that he's helped to build. He was very thorough in explaining what he was testing for. He was always pleasant on the phone and in person. He completed his testing quickly and efficiently and informed me that I would have the results back within 4 working days. He also informed me that he would send me the results by email and if I have any questions he would be more than glad to go over them with me. Thank God, too, because the mold levels turned out to be 15 times what is considered safe! Benjamin was very informative and spent two hours inspecting my home from top to bottom. He answered all of my questions and educated me on what to look for. I receiver a 20 page report that outlined all of our allergy sources.

Benjamin came to our home after we had two contractors inform us that we had a mold problem under our wood floor in the kitchen following a plumbing mishap. He came for a consultation and after using specialized equipment and his own expertise in the field, informed us that the floor stains were not the result of mold. He advised us to use a flooring expert to repair the affected areas. Benjamin was honest, courteous and knowledgeable when answering our questions.
