"Someone came out two times to review the work and provide me with an estimate. The day they were supposed to start, it rained and the company told me they wouldn't be out that day. That was in April and I have not heard from them since and have not been able to reach them. I'm disappointed they never got back to me. I guess I have to start over now."

Paul was very knowledgeable, kind, gave good input and made us feel comfortable about trusting his company. Dave and his partner who came to do the job were efficient, provided honest conversation about what could be done now, what to let grow, etc. Dave also asked for our input and wanted to know our preferences before starting the job as well as at mid-points in the job. Communication was great. The quote was accurate and exactly what we paid. The team cleaned up meticulously after trimming and removed every branch and loose leaf in the yard and flower beds.
