"He visited our yard for a cost estimation on a small removal project. It is a small ivy removal, we agreed that he would remove the vine, grinding of the root included. On Jun 23 he came back for the actual work and removed the plant only above ground and decided to skip the grinding step stating the ivy was too close to the fence. The day of his own scheduling choice was very hot, and the time was 12 noon. In half an hour he said he wanted to cut the work short for the day, said sprayed herbicides in hopes the ivy doesn't come back. He told us if the ivy came back please contact; he'd be back to take care of the root. He collected the payment $125 in full. In a few weeks the ivy started regrow on. July 10 we contacted him with a photo. We have not heard back. He left his job incomplete and remains silent to our request to complete it as promised. I find JJ Stump Removal irresponsible and disrespectful. If this is how they treat their customers, I will not recommend them to anyone."

"This is probably the 5th time I've hired BK Hauling in the past ten years. It's been a couple years since the last time so I was just delighted they're still around. I called LATE last night and left a voicemail, and he was at my house before 9AM. This is the biggest hauling job I've ever needed because I went through the entire house, basement, crawl space and filled up my garage with everything I don't need. The kids are grown and it's time to pare down. He went to the basement and broke down a couple heavy tables, too. I was sure he'd need 2-3 trips but this guy can pack a truck. In less than two hours it was all gone -- all in one load. He swept up and left everything perfect. Such a nice guy, too. I just can't say enough about BK Hauling."

They took care not to damage my neighbors lawn, sprinklers and invisible fence as well as mine. You could hardly tell they were here after the tree was removed. They gave us an 8 week window but showed up after 4 weeks which was nice."
