I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

After getting some outrageous quotes from other companies, the Chim-Line technician came in, played around with the damper for about 5 minutes and fixed it. He explained that it had somehow jumped the grooved area where it should be seated and got it back into place. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. So technically I did not hire them, but should I need any work going forward with the fireplace or chimney Chim-Line will absolutely be the first company I call. In addition, their communications prior to coming out was excellent."
