They should get a rating of A++++ They removed old thin wire from a Kentucky Board fence & replaced it with heavy duty black wire fencing. Big Job! Removed poorly built gates & replaced it one red cedar roll top gate, sturdier hinges and a hand opener that really works. Also, put in 6x6" treated pine posts 12 " in diameter and 32" deep in concrete footing. Also, lined the gate with metal bars for sturdiness. Fantastic!!! The clean up was perfect. The whole job was perfect. And they completed the job in one day - as promised!"

"TPM is an excellent company to do business with. They built my fence on the property just after I bought it so that I had a run for my dogs. Fence and three gates are very solid and one of them is large enough for my 48” riding mower. In other words the work they do is customized to your needs. They also built my 24’X 36’ workshop and I could not be happier with it. My only regret is that I did not have TPM pour the concrete slab as they would have done that work cheaper and the quality would have been far better. TPM just recently added a 10’X24’ lean to shed for my workshop so that I can now store my tractor out of the weather. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."
