"We wanted to finish the lower level of our tri-level, including vinyl flooring in a large laundry room, wide hallway area, and a bathroom; and carpeting in a large family room.  Salesperson Tim got an idea of the level of quality, style and price point we were looking for.  He was able to provide a very large "remnant" of beautiful, quality vinyl flooring at a very, verrrrrry good price.  The installation of that took all day by one man.  He did a wonderful job prepping the floor and and took meticulous care with the installation. 
The price of the medium-high quality carpeting/pad/installation we chose was good, better than two other popular/highly-rated stores we checked out.  I think the price of the carpet/pad was a bit higher than elsewhere, but the installation was less expensive.  Or was it the other way around?  Whatever...overall, it was better than others'.  The two-man installation crew took just a half day to remove a large piece of non-wall-to-wall carpeting we threw down 22 years ago and to install the padding/carpeting.  Plus, they took the old carpet with them!
Everything looks beautiful.  The only hiccup we encountered was that when the carpet installation date rolled around, we weren't told until we called that morning that the carpet hadn't come in.  Had to re-schedule for a week later.  Hence, the "B" rating for punctuality.  Otherwise, they showed up when they said they would.
Overall, we are very pleased and would indeed do business with them again.

"Beautifully. I had another company install new tiles in the kitchen. They didn’t install them correctly. Jason took up all the tiles and cleaned up all the dirt and debris underneath that the previous company left. He re-used as many tiles as he could and installed them perfectly. He made sure that the tiles were locked in properly and made sure there was proper spacing between the walls and the tiles by using spacers. They cleaned as they went and made sure there was as little dust as possible since I have asthma. Very prompt. They did exactly what I wanted done. The floor turned out absolutely beautiful. I would definitely hire Jason again."

It took a long time to install the lights, I made two trips to Lowes and he had to come back on a second day. On the subsequent trips, he was late and didn't arrive when he said he would. We had to reschedule several times.

"The owner, Jeff Stickler an assistant and completed the job in a short two day period taking the time to answer all questions and cleaned up after the job was complete. They removed and replaced all baseboards as well as existing tile prior to installation. They removed all debrie and trash and did a wonderfuly job.
