"I worked with Jessica at the Beavercreek location. I had very little time to choose, order, and schedule an install before we moved in and Jessica handled every detail for me. "Handyman Matters did a great job of repairing very large hole in finished basement drywall including painting to match existing color.  Also installed vanity / sink / light fixture / mirror / baseboard / towel racks in bathroom plus painting the room.  Looks great, price was reasonable, and quality of work was very high.  The company was very efficient in producing quotes and meeting the promised schedule.

"The owner, Jeff Stickler an assistant and completed the job in a short two day period taking the time to answer all questions and cleaned up after the job was complete. They removed and replaced all baseboards as well as existing tile prior to installation. They removed all debrie and trash and did a wonderfuly job. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family and would definetly use them again."

There are several low-maintenance shower floor tiles to consider for your bathroom. Stone tiles are easy to keep clean and only need an occasional resealing to keep them looking their best. Porcelain is another low-maintenance choice, as it doesn’t stain easily. Vinyl is also suitable for easy upkeep. On the other hand, one of the highest maintenance options for bathrooms is wood tile.

You can use sanded or unsanded grout for a shower pan, but sanded grout isn’t the best option for shower walls. For those areas, you’ll want to use unsanded grout, which works well on vertical surfaces and is less likely to slump than sanded grout. Alternatively, you can use epoxy grout for shower walls.

For glass tile, you want to use unsanded grout. Sanded grout is a stronger and grittier cement grout that is great for installing tiles with wider gaps and into joints. However, it is susceptible to scratching glass tile and is more difficult to use in thinner gaps. Unsanded grout, while more expensive, is easier to fit between thin gaps and is less harsh on delicate materials, like glass tile.

Grout lines should typically be between 1/8 to 3/16 inch thick. This ensures enough room for the grout to dry properly and makes them wide enough to look clean and professional. If grout lines are too small, it can be easier to see imperfections in the spacing. 

Technically, you can start tiling in a corner and work your way out. However, it's not traditionally how tiling is done. Instead, work from the bottom middle of the wall. Tile out the entire row with whole tiles before moving on to the next row. Once you finish installing all of the whole tiles, then you focus on tiling the corners.
