Ryan was professional, friendly & efficient. Gave helpful suggestions. Price was higher than some other recommended businesses. Though we appreciate that they fit us into their schedule. If possible, we prefer to use local family businesses.

They came out to check our furnace in February and said we needed a relay switch. The guy that came out said he would order it and come put it in for us. We waited for months, we called to see why it was taking so long. They finally came out May 1st to put in the part. The part was $10.95 it took 1/2 hr. The labor cost was $110. The tech guy was friendly and nice. But I think in the future we will look for another company.

The water in our house was not working and on top of that the back half of the house had no electricity during the hottest week of the summer. The issue was water was leaking into the basement and soaked the motor to our HVAC blower. When we talked to him he sounded very concerned and agreed to come out to fix the problem the next morning and pushed back all other appointments (and did not charge extra for this). He came over and got the water running in no time. His brother handles the electical side of the business, so we called him and scheduled to have him fix the electricity the next day, which he did with no issues at all and fixed that issue.  They are kind, courteous, and gave us a senior discount. They are wonderful people and was so pleased with their work. We know the difference between a good job and a bad job and have been ripped off before as well. They are a family run business which is important to us and treat their customers like they are family.

John came out to our house twice to fix this nasty little leak. We weren't sure where it was coming from and both trips John told us what he suspected, what his fix was and to call if we saw any more issues. After his first trip, it still leaked (as often happens with plumbing - it's sometimes trial and error) and he came back out and found the real issue. No charge for the second stop and a wonderfully friendly and knowledgable professional. We will definitely call again!!

Wonderful experience with Nolan Maintenance.  Mike Nolan came out to my house toward the front-end of the two-hour window they gave me over the phone.  He was a really nice, professional guy.  Did not try to sucker me into spending more money than I had to.  He did everything I asked over the phone and was courteous the whole time he was at my house.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

Installed two valves and all the 3/4" copper pipe required to connect the tank less heater in line with my conventional water. Piping configuration was neat and leak less as John's work always has been. Replaced the flush valve in the upstairs toilet without any problems. John visited the house prior to providing an estimate. The estimate ended up the actual final cost as usual. Work was completed in a timely manner with absolutely no hassles.

I don't typically write reviews, but I had to commend Nolan for their "above and beyond" maintenance. A few years back, our home had some serious pipe issues. Nolan recommended a course of action that, while expensive, was to last "forever," even with the acidic water in our area. After about 4 years, there was an issue, and they came out and repaired it, and didn't leave a bill. Wow. Any thought of the initial cost quickly went away. There are a lot of service providers who may be a little less expensive, but when it comes to customer service, this company has it figured out.

We've been using them for 20 years. He is very prompt and very thorough and very clever. We have hot water heat and we had a terrible furnace problem that we couldn't figure out and he figured it out. I was hysterical because we live on a slab. He figured out how to pull the tile up, fix the leak and put it back down without any problem. I was grateful. He has just been wonderful. His son is doing the furnace work now and he has someone else doing the appliance work now. I've never had anything but good luck with them. They are reasonably priced.

Bob and Ryan showed up first thing in the morning as promised and did a very professional job. We also asked Bob to take a look at our kitchen faucet. He determined it needed to be replaced and even went and picked up the new faucet after looking online with me to choose the faucet that I wanted. The entire job took several hours and Bob was very courteous and personable while performing the work. I would highly recommend this company.

He is fantastic.  I use them yearly for maintenance and they are out for any additional things like plumbing.  I spent $80 for that work.  He has been the best I have ever had.
