I asked to have him do the work, but got the next best thing his son and a long-time family friend who has worked in the business for a long time. Very pleased having two very nice guys do my work and knowledgeable. I boarded my toy poodle for a couple of days, and went swimming all day the first day, so surprised when I got home to see the clean floors it only got better from there. "Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"Job was done right except for not estimating the amount of poly coating . The floor looks thin towards the end of the garage that was finished last. There are bubbles in the expansion cracks . Contacted contractor , took him about a week to read his emails . Expecting a phone call sometime this week to com out a fix bubbles ? Communication is slow . Otherwise floor turned out okay ."

"I had nature stone come to my home for a garage floor estimate.  Their price was more than double estimates from Rhino Flooring & Columbus Garage Floor Coating.  The product is beautiful but requires periodic re-sealing.  Re-sealing would require me to move everything out of my garage, which is not something I'm not interested in doing.
Estimator also committed a monumental error when he offered me a substantial discount if I would sign a contract that day, which is always a red flag.
Again, a beautiful product...but not the best for garages.  I felt the other two companies provided a better product at a better price.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
