The service was complete, thorough and instructional. The technician took time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Chuck also gave helpful tips for me to use to better maintain the machine. I was delighted with his service. Also his care to determine my preferences for use of mask, providing disinfectants, etc is so appreciated.
