A subsequent visit revealed that it had even worse structural issues than originally thought, and we decided to convert to an electric fireplace to avoid the higher costs of restoring it. Kevin and Tyson arrived on time, provided friendly service and completed the installation in a professional manner. The one area I think could stand improvement is communication with the homeowner when questions arise about estimates, fireplace products, etc. But I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."

He took the time to explain how the fireplace worked, what the different parts were for, how to clean and what not to use on the fireplace.
