Adrian and his group are great. Very talented, responsive and flexible. I first worked with Adrian and his grandfather about 15 years ago. The siding they put on the house still looks like new. This time he lifted an addition to my 100 year old house which had started slowly sinking over the years. It was a tough job but I know can spend and close all the doors in that room, which I has started to have trouble doing. He also replaced my garage side door and work on wood rot on a shed. Great work all around!!!

My wife and I were trying to get our basement fixed up prior to closing on the sale of our house. There were a number of things that needed to be repaired, and Adrian and his team at Monesi Construction were able to jump right into the work that was needed and get it finished in plenty of time before the closing. Adrian is very knowledgeable in his craft, and not only explained what needed to be done, but why. The work exceeded our expectations and he was very professional. I would definitely recommend Monesi Construction, and will keep them in mind for any work we may have in the future.

They did a wonderful job!  They were there for about 2 days and were done.  Had a crew of about 12 guys which made it go quick.  The clean up was great too and they left nothing behind. 

I love this company! I got estimates from several different contractors, Monesi's was about in the middle. What made them stand out so much is the thought that the owner, Adrian, put into remodeling my rooms. I explained to him why I wanted to combine two bedrooms into one. I wanted to create one big craft/scrapbooking room; in other words, a very girly-type room. What he came up with far exceeded any idea I could have come up with on my own! I originally had thought it would be great to have the rooms connnected via a large arch. Fortunately for me, Adrian is much more creative than I am! He drew out a plan to not only link the rooms via a large arch, but to trick the arch itself out complete with crown molding and pillars. As he was doing the work, he called my attention to my neighbors house and the "keyhole" detail that they have above each window. He asked me if I'd like to add that detail on either side of my arch. Wow, what a fantastic idea!! The room turned out to be the most absolutely gorgeous and very unique room ever! It far, far exceeded my expectations; the detail is fabulous. It is truly a one-of-a-kind room thanks to the way that Adrian listened to what I wanted the room to be and ran with the project. I think I was very lucky to find that rare combination of contractor with a flare for detail and design! Also, Adrian and his assistant began and ended on time and were positively meticulous about keeping things tidy, i.e., picking up after themselves, tracking in, etc. They left the area immaculate!

Adrian, the owner, was very nice and he did very nice work. They price was very reasonable for the work that he did, and we would definitely use him again and have recommend him to others. Although his punctuality was lacking because of the number of clients he had at that time of year, his work was A+. He has a very good work ethic, and truly wanted us to be happy. He went out of his way to assure that the work he did was high quality, and he was great. We found him to be a very honest business owner and a hard worker. I trusted him to do the work correctly, and everything was just excellent.
