He took the time to explain how the fireplace worked, what the different parts were for, how to clean and what not to use on the fireplace. Apparently my fireplace is supposed to have the air flow, who knew? Pat took the time to clean the glass and paint the inside, adjusted the logs inside. It literally looks like a new fireplace. The raccoon was never trapped, but they came and put a temporary cover over a hole the raccoon made and left a camera to see if the raccoon would return and they are coming back out in a couple of weeks to make permanent repairs. Just hoping the raccoon does not come back."
