They were hired to re-point a chimney. They did a horrible job! They hired people that didn’t know what they were doing! They left mortar all over the face of the chimney!

Wills Chimney Repair was great!! Jake came out to assess the damage to our chimney and gave us options to fix that weren't going to cost us 20k like other companies were stating. They completed the job in a day and half for under 5k and we couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product. Everyone on the crew seemed really nice and friendly and always introduced themselves when I came out to check on the progress. We will definitely be using them for future service when we convert from wood burning to gas. Highly recommend Wills Chimney for all your chimney and fireplace needs.

From start to finish, Jacob and his team FAR exceeded our expectations. Stellar customer service, competitive pricing, they arrived on time, took great care to protect our flooring and clean up all debris, they worked hard the entire time they were here, and provided clear explanations and answered all our questions. We'd gotten estimates from two other companies but when it came down to it, the customer service and attention to detail made Jacob the clear choice for us. We will stay with his company for our annual maintenance and would highly recommend him to anyone needing fireplace and chimney repair. Also, if you've been thinking about having your fireplace and chimney inspected, do it sooner, rather than later. In our case, the inspection revealed issues that needed immediate attention and it wouldn't have been safe to have even one more fire in the fireplace without replacing the liner and completing the necessary repairs. And none of the issues were visible to us until we saw the camera footage from the inspection.
