"VERY UNHAPPY - They came out is this morning fort he 3rd rime - they are not plugging all the holes - for more. They did do the job in the basement and treated outside. But it did not stop the infestation. Today he said they did it wrong and should have treated the nest and then plugged it later. He is doing that with more holes - I signed a ongoing contract I don't not want."
