"The roof flashing was mangled and bent after 70 mph winds ripped though NE Ohio. I was having a lot trouble finding a roofing crew who would help me to restore the damage temporarily. Sam has a great crew and they went to work immediately to complete a good job after weeks of trying to find a reasonable solution. "This is the third time using Affordable Builders this year. They took down an old patio roof and put up a new one with a metal roof. Also enclosed 2 sides with vinyl siding and skirting of the roof. Vinyl ceiling and cover on posts. Excellent company that is timely and definitely affordable and skilled in their trade. Two days and the work was completed. We are so pleased."

"I worked with Sal Izzo on my roof project after having wind damage during the March storms. Sal was right out to inspect the damage and worked with me on getting my roof tarped and waterproof before additional damage could be done. The crew who came and replaced the roof were fast and experienced in their craft and completed the work in 1 day. When completed you could not tell they were even there other than the new roof that was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Sal and Shell Restoration and plan on having them return to replace windows in my home."

"Adrian was fast and thorough from the beginning - from the quote, to scheduling and installation. We had to wait for better weather to add the gutters after installing the metal roof, but it was no problem. Can't control the weather. Price was right, installation team (s) - tear off, install, finish work and gutters, were all great. They were respectful, kept the site clean and kept their trucks and gear out of the way of neighboring businesses, which was important."
