signed a contract in October 2024 for gutters, siding and a couple entry doors , gave a deposit of $6890 on my Discover Card, work was delayed due to bad weather and I told them they could start when the weather broke. The weather broke, then the excuses started flowing, sometimes giving me a date but never showing up, there were calls not returned, more no shows, lots of promises and excuses, but work never done. I even gave him a key to the house so he could start at his convenience, but it still didn't get done or started. I asked him for a FIRM date which he said 6/23/25, he came and removed an awning and left, never came back. I think he removed the awning to make it look like he had intentions but no workers showed up. All agreements were signed on an Ipad and I never got a paper copy or email. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, they tried to contact him and he didn't give them a response. I feel scammed and I want a refund of $6,890. I don't know if your ratings below are 1 for the worst or best, so I just said 3 for neutral, but I would not recommend them.

Paid almost 3000 for half a job; roof leaked 6 months after repair; did not rectify and would not correct mistakes; do not hire. Had to get someone else

After months Paul barely showed, lied about permits, didn't get an inspection, and promised refunds that have never showed.

Gave me a quote for 3 season room Gave a deposit and my 10 week nightmare began. Making excuses and never followed through with anything. Even bought my doors and windows. DO NOT TRUST PAUL COBLENTZ from Roof2Roof of North Canton.

Roof 2 Roof is amazing! They came and did my shed roof in August and it turned out amazing. The crew stayed until dark to get the job done! I would recommend this company to my family and friends 100%
