They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "As a retired widow, Advanced treated me like a good son treats his Mother. Other companies have tried to take advantage of me but Marty was professional and treated my home as if it was his own. I had a 3rd crack that had minimal water during heavy rains and a floor drain was next to it. Another company tried to sell me everything they could but Advanced stated if you could live with a little bit of seepage from the crack, the floor drain will take of it. I was happy to save the $. If you are in need of their services, call them as they are Inspectors not salespeople who care and I'll be referring them out whenever I can."
