"(consumer name withheld per their request), request was a normal call. I get people who want service for there mobile home quite often. I communicated with (consumer name withheld per their request), throughout the entire process of the repair. He got very upset after I installed the faucet he bought at the local hardware store. It was the only one on the shelf, so I knew I could get him some water and shower that day. after I installed it, the shower dripped due to back pressure in the faucet. The simple solution was to replace the shower head with a type that shuts off the water ($10 or less). The cover plates that were loose could have been fastened with silicon. I chose to leave the property when the customer started verbally abusing me and cutting me down. I don't see this type of behavior very often and he did catch me off guard. He did sign my request for payment and agreed to have the valve he purchased installed. It took me a couple hours after realizing his old valve was not going to stop leaking. He texted me and said he found one for a mobile home online. I guess that would have been the best solution for him in the first place I was trying to help him out of the jam he was in with an old valve that didn't shut off the hot side all the way. He complained a lot about everything I did, so I knew I had to get out of his house."

"Tony must have wrote this comment because I installed his GFI in the kitchen and it was defective-therefore he paid $74 and he was back at square one. I hope he writes back to add that I went back and installed another GFI for him later that day and got everything working at no extra charge."
