"Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."

"Mid-State Basement Systems came highly recommended by a good friend from Buffalo, NY and they did not disappoint. From start to finish they were very professional yet personable. Larry & Phil in the initial stages of the basement inspection and a reasonable quote. Silvino and his team who done the actual work was incredible, done with absolute excellence. They were here when they said they would be and finished the job a day ahead of schedule. I am thoroughly pleased with this company, first class. "Shout out to Joe and James, the team from FSM, who came out to our house today to level out two sidewalks that had sunk towards the house. They did a great job, raising both sidewalks so that the water now drains away from the house. Very happy with the outcome."
