Mario and his crew were punctual and efficient, executed all of the work agreed upon, allowed us to add work while he was here, cleaned up after themselves everyday, virtually took no breaks and our work was over multiple days in the heat later summer and early summer with tons of rain. They even blew off my patio with the leaf blower without me asking. He and his crew smile and always seem to go the extra mile. I would hire him again (and will later this fall) in a heartbeat. Oh yeah....he beat other landscapers prices significantly. I have had 4 landscapers over the years and every one of them would show up late and sometimes not at all, try to cut corners, and would get irritated or flat out refuse if we asked them a question or discussed if we could adjust something at added cost to ourselves. Mario is nothing like that and he is willing to work with his clientele to give them what they want. "Mike and his crew from JRS completed a total patio redesign project for the backyard at my residence. This included the installation of a substantial concrete pad, Pergola, privacy fence, railings and steps, running of electric for a hot tub, and installation of an outdoor ceiling fan and TV. Mike was fair with his costs and projections, was true to his word, there were no surprises throughout the course of the project; which took 6 months to complete from time of contract signing to finalization. Mike was easy to work with and was flexible when I added to the original agreed upon plan (outdoor ceiling fan and tv installation). They performed all work as promised, which also included an excellent job of clean up and reseeding my backyard. More than anything, the quality of the work performed was exceptional. "Reeds reinsulated our attic of 70 years. The former insulation had settled well below the rafters. The work crew vacuumed out the old, sealed around all openings to lights, fans, etc and then blew brand new fiberglass insulation to knee depth. We now have lofty, R-40 rated protection in a 2600 sq' house that heats evenly through out. Reeds will return to encapsulate our crawl space in one month!"
