The only reason for the “B” on responsiveness is because Rob does it all including answering the phones and responding to email. "I had a serious leak in my 4-season room from the sun roof attachment to the house. Additionally from trying to fix it ourselves and getting on top of the roof, the caulking failed and causes more leaks into the room. Better Living put a new roof on of shingled roll material. They also did some metal flashing and counter flashing. They were very responsive and reasonable. We are very excited that we can use our room now without 6 buckets sitting around catching leaks. Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work.
