"I was very pleased with the job. I had green moss or mold on the siding on the north side of my home. They pressure washing completely cleaned it off. The siding on the entire house looked very good after the cleaning. We have lived in our house for 15 years and I didn't realize how dirty the siding had become. 
There was one minor problem. While doing the pressure washing, the pressure washer operator tripped over a sandbox on our deck and the spray nozzle hit some wood trim around our patio door causing a small amount of paint to come off. The man doing the work brought this to my attention and offered to repaint the area immediately, if I had some touch-up paint, or to return later and do it. Since the wood trim in that area had already needed some touch-up, I told him not to worry about it because I was going to repaint that area anyway.
