"ADT is the best company to talk to in terms of security alarm. Being a locksmith myself I know how important it is to deal with the right people. "Technician came 5 hours after I called. Called me 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was coming. I had already purchased a replacement lock - he put the new cylinder in the old lock so I wouldn't have to reprint the door."

"Very reliable and trustworthy. It's best to know a locksmith before you need a locksmith!!"

"They were prompt ... actually more like "in a hurry" ... even though they said they gave me "a bargain" it still seemed costly to me, but I haven't had any dealings with locksmiths in a LONG time, so prices may be quite a bit higher than I thought ... on the bright side, the locksmith knew exactly what he was doing and was very efficient ... I had the feeling that he "had places to go" and was "very directive.""

"Locksmith was prompt and did a great job re-keying four locks. Would definitely hire BUSY B'S again."

"They were great to work with. Very patient with helping me pick what I needed and also very open to me making changes after I received everything. They are very prompt to get back to you, and are available by phone.
