"We bought new doors and hardware and, once they were installed, we had three doors with two different keys. We hired A. B. after receiving a quote and talking to them. They were about 15 minutes early for the appointment (good with us) and were done in less than an hour. The locksmith asked me how many keys we wanted and made them. "I really don't like that much, but it's okay. I just think that the contract is too long for what they offer. All of their equipment is falling off the wall, it's like you install it yourself. Then I get an alarm on the garage door that says it is closed. It was open and had a delay on it. It's like sometimes they have to return to make sure that it closed because they figure the garage door was left open, but I did close it before I left. Several minutes later they come back saying it was closed. and then I got a message saying my garage door was left open."
